It suits you if
- A business Page, ad account, shop or Business Manager is involved
- Your account was hacked and someone else is still using it
- Identity checks or Meta Verified keep failing
- You would rather a specialist carried the case with you, or for you
How it works
- Apply below. It takes about five minutes.
- We read every application and reply by email, with times for your session or with what we suggest instead.
- The current wait for a session is about 2 weeks. If your account is due to be deleted sooner, start the Recovery Kit tonight. Its price comes off the session.
What we will never do
- Ask for your password, a login code or a backup code, in a session or anywhere else.
- Promise an outcome. Meta makes every decision.
